About the Role

IHW Council is looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead revenue generation and business growth across its healthcare-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, healthcare sales, partnerships, and team leadership, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the sales strategy and drive revenue and business growth.
- Develop and manage relationships with healthcare brands, hospitals, pharma companies, corporates, and industry stakeholders.
- Drive sales for events, conferences, awards, sponsorships, partnerships, and related offerings.
- Generate current business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Build, mentor, and manage the sales team while setting targets and KPIs.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure repeat business.
- Track sales performance, revenue pipelines,



and monthly/annual targets.
- Work closely with marketing and event teams to develop effective business opportunities.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, hospitals, healthcare media, events, or related sectors is preferred.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in team handling and sales strategy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with experience in healthcare events, conferences, awards, sponsorship sales, or delegate sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
