- Shoubld be expertise in Gentran EDI Tool.
- Should be handle EDI issues for Inbound and Outbound Transactions
- Monitoring Job Log for transactions and resolving the issue in case of error.
- Configuring new Partners in Gentran and updating the existing Partners in case of Address change or Map changes.
- Extracting the Monthly reports for all transactions.
- Resolving customer query by referring Web Methods logic documents.
- Modifying AS400 Program in case of any issue fix or new requirement for additional logic.
- Positive communication skills expertise in working north American customer.
