You will develop and maintain long-term relationships and networks, build and energize a high performing team.nnnnnOur growing team of professionals come from a diverse background, all committed to being long term trusted advisors to our clients.nnnnnKey Requirements :nnnnn- Good understanding of US product lines and regulatory standards; hands-on implementation experience (desirable)nnnnn- Experience of handling a small to moderate sized team will be an advantagennnnn- Ability to review work done by junior members, ensuring quality of work product during time sensitive deadlinesnnnnn- Ability to maneuver around existing modeling setup to incorporate the asset or liability cashflowsnnnnn- Understanding of AoC concept and AoC steps (unwinding, roll forward, assumption changes, experience variances)nnnnn- Strong excel skills, capable of running and modifying macros used to transform Actuarial Cashflowsnnnnn- Hands-on experience in actuarial valuation software such as Prophet / Axis / MG Alpha.
