nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- n
- Handle daily tasks and workloads like incoming guest calls & emails and provide information about hotel services in accordance with established standards.n
- Has effective communication skills & a keen eye for details.n
- Ensure all reservations, enquiries, and special requests are accurately processed & confirmed in line with company policies.n
- Educate guests and key prospects on Ananda’s philosophy and wellness offerings while addressing their individual needs.n
- Provide excellent customer service by handling complex inquiries and requests.n
- Maintains a professional and courteous approach during guest interactions.n
- Maintain a high level of communication with the Front Office, Sales, and Wellness team.n




- Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to reservations, occupancy, and revenue as needed.n
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of work during peak periods.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat visits and cultivate current guest relationships to foster loyalty.n
- Assist guests with reservation bookings via phone and email, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in the Property Management System (PMS) & CRM.n
- Proactively follow up and engage with guests throughout their journey at Ananda to enhance their overall experience.n
- Adopts a creative approach to generate & close the business.n
- Is willing to take on challenging opportunities and shall be open to innovative ideas to work towards organization goals and targets.n
- Effective in identifying, analysing and solving problems.n
