? WE’RE HIRING | EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO GENERAL MANAGER

nAre you highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working with senior stakeholders?
nWe’re looking for an Executive Assistant to the General Manager who can go beyond traditional administrative support and help drive operational excellence, follow-through, and cross-functional execution.
n? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
nExecutive Support
n• Manage the General Manager’s calendar and optimize scheduling
n• Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership discussions, and advisor interactions
n• Triage emails and meeting requests and draft responses when required
n• Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and concise summaries
nMeeting & Project Coordination
n• Organize meetings, capture key discussion points, and maintain action trackers
n• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of action items
n• Maintain centralized trackers for projects, priorities, and cross-functional deliverables




nBusiness Operations
n• Coordinate recurring operational activities, audit schedules, statutory filings, KRA reviews, and business deliverables
n• Work with internal teams, consultants, Company Secretary, and tax partners
n• Support preparation of monthly MIS reports, investor updates, and quarterly board packs
nStakeholder Management
n• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
n• Drive timely follow-ups and ensure stakeholders meet agreed timelines
n• Handle confidential business, leadership, compensation, and investor-related information with complete discretion
n? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
n✅ 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, or similar role
n✅ Experience in a high-growth startup or VC-funded organization is an added advantage
n✅ Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLO
