SALES / OPERATIONS INTERN

Stipend:
₹10,000 per month - 2 days work from office, rest from home
₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month - 3-4 days work from office, rest from home

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales / Operations Intern to support The Study Anchor with student and parent communication, lead follow-ups, enrolment support and day-to-day operations. The role is suitable for someone who enjoys speaking with people, taking ownership and working in a fast-paced education environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and parents, understand their requirements and explain relevant courses and programs.
- Follow up with leads through calls and messages and support the enrolment process.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and enrolment records in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Coordinate with students, faculty and the internal team for classes, sessions and other operational requirements.
- Handle routine student and parent queries and ensure timely communication and follow-ups.




- Support day-to-day operations, scheduling, data management and administrative tasks.
- Assist with sales targets, conversion tracking and basic reporting.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with the team to resolve them efficiently.

Who Can Apply
- Students or recent graduates who are comfortable communicating with students and parents.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills with a responsible and professional approach.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable with follow-ups, coordination and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel and an interest in sales, operations or the education sector.
