Job Title: CMS Contentful Content AuthorExperience: 3-5 yearsNotice period: Immediate to 20 daysRole Type: ContractLocation: MumbaiWe deliver end-to-end digital content services, supporting global brands with content management, website operations, digital transformation, and customer experience initiatives.We are looking for a Junior Content Author – Contentful to support structured content operations for websites and digital experiences across multiple markets, brands, and campaigns. ResponsibilitiesContent AuthoringCreate, update, validate, and publish structured content in Contentful based on approved briefs, copy decks, assets, and market requirements.Create and update Contentful entries using predefined content models and templates.Upload, tag, reference, and maintain images, videos, documents, and other digital assets.Correctly map copy, CTAs, links, metadata, and component-level content as per requirements.Content Quality & GovernancePerform preview checks across pages and components before publishing or handover to QA.Validate spelling, formatting, links, alt text, naming conventions, metadata, and asset references.Follow defined publishing workflows, approval processes, governance standards,



and release documentation.Localization SupportAssist with content updates across different markets and languages using provided translation inputs.Maintain consistency across locale entries, fallback content, reusable content blocks, and references.CollaborationCoordinate with senior content authors, QA teams, developers, project managers, and stakeholders to resolve content-related queries.Track daily tasks, defects, clarifications, and status updates using project management tools.Manage multiple content tasks according to priorities and deadlines.QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline; preferably Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, IT, or a related field.3-5years of experience in website content authoring, CMS operations, digital publishing, or campaign content support.Hands-on experience with Contentful is preferred.Candidates with exposure to AEM, WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, or similar CMS platforms are also encouraged to apply.Contentful certification or CMS training is an added advantage but not mandatory
