CompanyDesignation: Production ManagerJob Location: Ahmedabad, GujaratRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead shop-floor operations, drive production efficiency, and ensure adherence to established QA/QC systems and manufacturing standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee day-to-day shop-floor production operations.Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.Lead production teams and optimize manpower, machines, and processes.Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, and other departments.Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.Ensure compliance with defined quality and safety standards.Key Requirements:Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.Around 15 years of overall experience in Precision Engineering / Automobile Manufacturing.Experience handling shop-floor operations in a senior position.Solid understanding of QA/QC systems and manufacturing processes.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and production management skills.Contact Person:Ansuya Satish / [email protected]
