Job Title: Fashion DesignerCompany: Rangdeep ApparelsBrand: SanskrutihomesSalary: 40k-55kRole OverviewThe Fashion Designer will be responsible for researching trends, designing new collections, developing concepts, and coordinating with production teams to bring commercially successful products to market.Key Responsibilities1. Design & Collection DevelopmentCreate creative designs for loungewear, nightwear, co-ord sets, and everyday wear. Develop seasonal and monthly collections aligned with brand vision. Prepare mood boards, color stories, fabric concepts, and silhouettes. 2. Trend Research & Market InsightsResearch latest fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor products. Translate market insights into commercially viable designs. Stay updated with global and Indian fashion trends. 3. Tech Packs & SamplingPrepare detailed tech packs, measurements, trims, and construction details. Coordinate with sampling team for prototype development. Review samples and suggest corrections for fit, styling, and finishing. 4. Fabric & Trim SelectionSource fabrics, prints, trims, and accessories suitable for collections.



Work with vendors for fabric development and approvals. 5. Production CoordinationWork closely with merchandising and production teams for bulk execution. Ensure designs are production-friendly, cost-effective, and on schedule. 6. Brand & Product InnovationMaintain consistent brand aesthetic and product identity. Suggest new categories, silhouettes, and design directions. Skills & RequirementsStrong creative sense with understanding of fashion trends & apparel construction. Good knowledge of fabrics, fits, prints, and garment finishing. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar tools. Ability to create tech packs and production-ready specs. Strong communication and coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications4-10 years of experience in women’s wear / loungewear / apparel design. Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design (NIFT/NID/Pearl or equivalent preferred). Experience in fast-fashion or D2C brands is a plus.
