Business Development Executive (BDE) – PSF & VSFSalary: Up to ₹40,000 per month + Profit PercentageUnited Raw Material Pte. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to support business growth and sales of Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) and Viscose Staple Fiber (VSF).Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for PSF and VSF products.Build and maintain strong relationships with spinning mills, textile manufacturers, traders, and other industry stakeholders.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer requirements, demand patterns, and competitor activities.Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.Provide customers with relevant product information, pricing, and support.Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and visit records.Represent the organization during client meetings, industry events,



and business visits.Identify opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market presence.Candidate RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.1–4 years of experience in business development or sales within the fiber, textile, or raw material industry.Experience with PSF (Polyester Staple Fiber) and/or VSF (Viscose Staple Fiber) will be preferred.Good understanding of the textile and spinning industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of developing current business opportunities.Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.CompensationSalary: Up to ₹40,000 per month + Profit PercentageIf you have experience in textile raw material sales and a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth, we would like to hear from you.
