The incumbent will be responsible for conducting internal audits across financial, accounting, operational, and commercial processes, identifying control gaps and financial risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.The ideal candidate should have solid exposure to manufacturing accounts, inventory controls, costing, internal financial controls, and audit procedures, preferably within the steel, metals, engineering,
or other process manufacturing industries.Candidate ProfileCAApproximately 5 to 10 years of experience in Internal Audit, Accounts, Finance, or Financial Controls.Experience in a steel manufacturing, metals, engineering, heavy manufacturing, or process industry will be highly preferred.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP will be preferred.Preferred BackgroundCandidates currently working or having worked in:Integrated steel plantsAlloy or special steel manufacturing companiesRolling millsForging companiesMetals and mining organizationsLarge engineering or heavy manufacturing companieswill be preferred.
