Key Account Manager – South India | Food IngredientsWe are hiring for a Key Account Manager with a leading multinational food ingredients company to drive business growth across South India.Role OverviewThe role will focus on B2B sales, business development and key account management, with a solid focus on Ice Cream and Dairy accounts across South India. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing strategic accounts and driving long-term business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow key accounts across Ice Cream, Dairy, Bakery and Confectionery.Identify and convert new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle.Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at food manufacturing companies.Specifically target candidates who have handled Ice Cream accounts and have strong relationships within the South Indian Ice Cream industry.Understand customer requirements and work with technical/R&D; teams to provide suitable ingredient solutions.Manage pricing, negotiations, contracts,



customer development plans and new product launches.Track sales pipeline, forecasts and account performance.Identify market trends and opportunities for new product development and business expansion.Candidate Profile8+ years of experience in B2B sales within the Food Ingredients / Specialty Ingredients / Food Industry.Strong experience in Ice Cream and/or Dairy accounts is highly preferred.Candidates currently handling Ice Cream manufacturers/accounts in South India will be preferred.Strong existing network and relationships with major Ice Cream/Dairy manufacturers.Proven track record in business development, hunting and key account management.Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.Willingness to travel extensively across South India.Location: Bangalore / HyderabadExperience: 8+ YearsRole Type: Individual Contributor | B2B Sales & Key Account ManagementRegion: South India
