This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact, high-visibility communication initiatives that span leadership messaging, internal engagement, brand stewardship, and corporate storytelling.Role OverviewThis role is ideal for a communication professional who enjoys operating at the intersection of business, brand, and people: someone who takes pride in shaping narratives that reflect the scale, values, and ambition of Reliance.As part of the Corporate Communications team, you will help translate business priorities into clear, compelling communication across platforms.You will partner closely with business leaders, functional teams, designers, IT, and external agencies to ensure consistency, credibility, and excellence in everything that carries the Reliance name.Key ResponsibilitiesInternal Communication & StorytellingThe candidate will ensure brand alignment, consistency, and quality in internal communication and corporate storytelling across all channels by:Planning and executing integrated internal communication campaigns for organization-wide and business-led initiatives.Developing, curating, and managing communication collaterals across formats including articles, emailers, presentations, videos, and digital assets.Identifying, researching, writing,



and editing stories for the monthly internal newsletter and other internal platforms.Producing long-form and short-form content on businesses, leaders, CSR initiatives, people stories, and organizational milestones.Conducting leadership interviews and convert complex inputs into clear, engaging narratives.Editing and proofreading content received from businesses and functions to ensure accuracy, tone, and brand alignment.Ensuring timely, end-to-end project management of communication deliverables across stakeholders.Maintaining and refreshing content on the Reliance intranet to keep information current and relevant.Corporate Website ManagementOur corporate website is accessed by media, investors, job seekers, students, and regulators. The candidate will: Partner with Corporate IT, Corporate Secretarial, and business teams to ensure the corporate website remains accurate, current, and compliant.Coordinate timely updates of financial and operational data, especially during quarterly results and post-AGM periods.Manage annual reviews of website pages, business fact sheets, and corporate content.Oversee addition of current content aligned with business updates, leadership announcements, and strategic priorities.Coordinate periodic updates of corporate videos and visual assets.Brand & Narrative StewardshipThe candidate will act as the custodian of Reliance’s corporate brand, messaging, and narrative frameworks by:Supporting brand touchpoints such as the corporate brochure, office communication assets, hiring collaterals,



and leadership-facing materialsReviewing and guiding with branding elements across functions, including templates, presentations, logos, and imagerySupporting social media campaigns from concept development through execution, in collaboration with internal and external teams.Leadership & Special ProjectsDraft talking points, briefs, concept notes, and key messages for senior leaders.Assist with external award submissions and recognition programs.Draft press releases and support external communication initiatives, as required.Contribute to special projects and other high-priority communication assignments.Cultural Fit & Ways of WorkingStrong team player who collaborates effectively within the Corporate Communication function and across the organization.Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating evolving priorities with clarity and judgement.Demonstrates strong ownership, discretion, and accountability in handling sensitive and leadership-facing communication.Able to manage multiple stakeholders and expectations while maintaining brand integrity and confidentiality.Calm, reliable, and detail-oriented in high-pressure, high-visibility situations.
