With annual revenues of approximately ₹16,000 crore, the organization is recognised for its strong manufacturing capabilities, technology orientation, quality systems, sustainability practices and continued investments in high-value manufacturing businesses.The RoleThe incumbent will be responsible for strengthening Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems, ensuring consistent product quality, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. The position requires close collaboration with Manufacturing, Process, Technical and other cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and strengthen Quality Assurance systems covering incoming, in-process and finished products.Ensure products consistently conform to specifications and customer requirements.Maintain QA laboratory procedures with traceability to applicable national and international standards.Implement and sustain Quality Management System and Integrated Management System (IMS) practices.Coordinate internal and external audits, certifications and compliance requirements.Drive systems including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SA8000, ISO 22000,
