: SAP PP / QM Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced / with 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP PP — Production Planning and SAP QM — Quality Management to support end-to-end implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, PP master data, MRP, planning strategies, production orders, process orders, and Quality Management processes.

✅ Support end-to-end SAP PP / QM implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support operations

✅ Work on Production Planning and Manufacturing Execution processes

✅ Manage Production Planning master data including Material Master, Bill of Materials, Work Center, Routing, Production Version, and Production Resources and Tools

✅ Support integration of SAP PP with MM, CO, and SD modules

✅ Work on Material Requirements Planning and Consumption Based Planning

✅ Configure and support Planning Strategies and MRP Types

✅ Support manufacturing-related processes including Order to Cash and Procure to Pay

✅ Work on Order Controlled Production with Production Orders

✅ Work on Order Controlled Production with Process Orders

✅ Support SAP QM processes including quality inspections, inspection lots, results recording, defects recording, and usage decision

✅ Work on QM master data including Inspection Type, Inspection Plans, Master Inspection Characteristic — MIC, Sampling Procedure, Catalog,



and Selected Sets

✅ Support assignment of MIC to Routing / Recipe

✅ Work on Results Recording based on MIC and Quality Certificates

✔️ 8 – 10 years of experience in SAP PP / QM, excluding domain experience

✔️ Strong experience in SAP PP — Production Planning

✔️ Strong experience in SAP QM — Quality Management

✔️ Experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Execution processes

✔️ Strong knowledge of PP master data — Material Master, BOM, Work Center, Routing, Production Version, PRT

✔️ Integration experience with MM, CO, and SD modules

✔️ Experience in MRP, Consumption Based Planning, Planning Strategies, and MRP Types

✔️ Understanding of Manufacturing processes including Order to Cash and Procure to Pay

✔️ Experience in Production Orders and Process Orders

✔️ Experience in Quality Inspection, Inspection Lot, Usage Decision by QA32, Results Recording, and Defects Recording

✔️ Robust knowledge of QM Master Data including Inspection Type, Inspection Plans, MIC, Sampling Procedure, Catalog, and Selected Sets

✔️ Experience in Quality Certificates

✔️ Understanding of PP-PI scenario will be an added advantage

✔️ Knowledge of SAP PP-PI specific functionalities preferred

✔️ Experience in Batch Management preferred

✔️ Experience in Process Instructions, PI Sheets, and Control Recipe preferred
