Responsibilities

- Installing and configuring employee's computer systems.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve employee issues.
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
- Willing to learn and implement Firewall, endpoint security, System networking, centralized control server, and group policies and individual policies defined by Managers.
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- User account setup from Network/cloud server

Eligibility Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma or ITI or equivalent course in Information Technology or Computer Science or Hardware and Networking.
- Good analytical, programming, and database skills.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to identify, propose, and initiate new ideas and improvements.
- Eager to learn current technologies related to Software, Hardware, or Programming.
- Aware of Website Domain Server knowledge and configuration with good programming skills.
- Knowledge of Network security will be a plus.
