Role Description The Business Development internship (USA Hours) is a full time remote role focused on supporting growth initiatives and client acquisition. Interns will assist in identifying prospective clients, conducting outreach, and qualifying leads across target verticals such as restaurants, clinics, salons, and gyms. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing business needs, preparing outreach lists, and helping craft tailored messaging for emails, calls, and online channels. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to understand product capabilities, documenting client requirements,



and supporting follow-ups and basic customer interactions to maintain positive relationships. Interns will gain exposure to business development processes, sales pipelines, and technology solutions that drive operational efficiency for local businesses.
Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and evaluate potential business opportunities.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for outreach, follow-ups, and internal collaboration.
- Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify target segments, build prospect lists, and gather insights on potential clients.
- Customer Service skills to engage professionally with prospects, respond to inquiries, and support positive client experiences.
