Role Description The Store Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves managing day-to-day store operations, including handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring accurate billing and inventory documentation. The Store Executive will maintain stock records, coordinate with warehouse and sales teams for timely product movement, and oversee visual organization and cleanliness of the store. The role also includes supporting sales activities,



preparing basic reports on stock levels and sales performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards. The Store Executive will engage directly with customers, provide product information, and contribute to a positive, efficient store experience.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, manage customer relationships, and resolve issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess Retail and Sales skills to manage store operations, support sales activities, and assist customers in product selection.
- Candidates should possess basic Commerce or business knowledge to manage billing, documentation, and inventory-related processes.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for inventory management, record keeping, and store presentation.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, inventory or billing software).
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a retail, industrial supplies, or HVAC/refrigeration-related store environment is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher secondary or diploma; a degree in commerce, business, or a related field is preferred.
