Roles & Responsibilities

- Connect with healthcare professionals and clinics through outbound calls.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Meet daily activity and performance targets.
- Work closely with the founding team to improve sales strategies.
- Learn consultative B2B healthcare sales.

Training & On-the-Job Training (OJT)

- 21 Days of Unpaid Training & OJT.
- Hands-on mentorship from the founders and sales leadership.
- Product, healthcare industry, CRM, objection handling, and sales process training.




- Performance evaluation conducted at the end of the training period.

Stipend & Incentives

- Stipend starts after successful completion of the 21-day Training & OJT.
- Monthly stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 (based on performance).

Eligibility

- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Confident in speaking over phone calls.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.

- Minimum 4 working hours per day.
- Complete assigned calling and follow-up activities.
- Maintain professionalism while interacting with healthcare professionals.
- Consistently work towards achieving daily and weekly targets.
