Summary:

As a Large Language Model Architect, your day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. You will focus on creating neural network architectures that efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. Your role includes conceptualizing model parameters and ensuring the models are scalable and effective for diverse natural language processing tasks. Collaboration with various teams to align model capabilities with project goals is a key part of your daily activities, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in language model development.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and optimization of language model architectures to meet evolving project requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their understanding and application of large language models.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong expertise in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing.
- Experience with training models on extensive unlabeled text datasets to improve language understanding and generation.
- Ability to analyze and optimize model performance, including parameter selection and computational efficiency.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art techniques in language model pre-training and fine-tuning.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into broader AI systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
