We are looking for a Software Development Intern to contribute to this initiative through Python development, web scraping, browser automation, and AI/LLM data collection.

Role Summary

You will work on a focused software development project to build an automated system that collects and structures search results and AI-generated responses across platforms such as Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini.

This internship is ideal for a Computer Science, AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or related student/recent graduate who wants hands-on experience working with Python, automation, web scraping, and emerging AI search technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Python Development & Automation

- Develop and maintain Python scripts for automated data collection.
- Build reusable and modular components for querying different platforms.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Implement error handling, logging, and validation to improve system reliability.

Search & Web Scraping

- Build scraping workflows for Google Search results.
- Capture Google AI Overview results where available.
- Support location-based Google searches where required.
- Extract relevant information such as rankings, websites, domains, URLs,



and other search-result data.

AI & LLM Data Collection

- Develop workflows to collect responses from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini.
- Run predefined questions and prompts consistently across different AI platforms.
- Capture AI-generated responses, citations, sources, and brand/entity mentions where available.
- Structure results so visibility can be compared across different search and AI platforms.

Data Processing

- Clean and structure collected data for analysis.
- Store results in appropriate structured formats.
- Build export functionality for further analysis.
- Ensure collected data can be mapped to the original keyword, prompt, platform, location, and date.

Testing & Documentation

- Test scraping workflows across different queries, platforms, and scenarios.
- Troubleshoot failed requests and changes in website/page structures.
- Document setup instructions, dependencies, architecture, and key workflows.
- Identify and recommend improvements to make the system more reliable and scalable.

Required skills and Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, AI Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong Python programming skills are mandatory.
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, functions, and object-oriented programming.
- Basic understanding of HTTP requests, APIs, HTML,



DOM structure, and web technologies.
- Comfortable working with structured data such as JSON and CSV.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to research technical challenges and independently work toward solutions.
- Genuine interest in AI, LLMs, automation, and search technologies.

Positive To Have

- Previous academic, personal, internship, or GitHub projects involving web scraping or automation.
- Experience with BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Playwright, Scrapy, or similar technologies.
- Experience working with APIs.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or other LLM platforms.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Experience with Pandas or similar Python data-processing libraries.
- Understanding of data extraction, transformation, and storage workflows.

What You Will Work On

Your primary internship project will be building an AI & LLM Search Results Scraper that can collect and organize information across Google Search and leading AI platforms.

Rather than working only on practice assignments, you will contribute to a real-world project involving:

- Python development
- Web scraping
- Browser automation
- AI/LLM platforms
- Search technologies
- Structured data collection and processing

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who enjoys building things, experimenting with new technologies, and solving technical problems.

You do not need extensive professional experience. Strong Python fundamentals, hands-on projects, problem-solving ability, curiosity, and willingness to learn will matter more.

Certificate after successful completion of the internship.
