Your work profile

- We are looking for an experienced Senior SDET / Senior Automation Test Engineer with 6–10 years of Quality Engineering experience to lead Web and API automation initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Selenium with Java and API Automation, along with robust technical leadership, framework ownership, mentoring capabilities, and stakeholder management skills.
- This role requires driving automation excellence while partnering with development teams and clients to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of scalable automation frameworks for Web and API testing.




- Develop and review automation scripts using Selenium with Java.
- Lead API automation initiatives using Karate and ReadyAPI/SoapUI.
- Define and drive automation strategy across projects to improve quality and automation coverage.
- Review automation code and enforce coding standards, best practices, and framework guidelines.
- Mentor and guide junior automation engineers through technical reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and client stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Lead automation planning, estimation, execution, and delivery for multiple releases.
- Drive automation integration with GitHub Actions and Jenkins to support continuous integration.
- Analyze automation execution results, lead defect triage discussions, and perform root cause analysis.
- Provide regular automation status, quality metrics, and risk updates to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvements in automation frameworks, processes, and engineering practices.
- Support browser compatibility testing using SauceLabs and Perfecto.
- Participate in sprint planning, release planning, technical discussions, and quality reviews.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS, or related field
