Role Description This is a full-time, on-site High School Social Studies Teacher role based in Nashik. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons in Social Studies, including World History and related disciplines, aligned with the school's curriculum and academic standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, assessing student performance, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely feedback to learners and families. The teacher will manage classroom behavior, create an inclusive and respectful learning environment,



and incorporate diverse teaching strategies and resources to support different learning styles. Additional duties include participating in staff meetings, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum implementation, and supporting school events and activities as needed.
Qualifications

- Strong subject knowledge in Social Studies and World History, with the ability to teach high school learners effectively.
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Education practices, including designing lesson plans and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
- Effective Communication skills for explaining complex concepts clearly and engaging with students, families, and colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, History, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience at the secondary school level, preferably in Social Studies or related subjects.
- Ability to create an inclusive, learner-centered classroom that supports diverse backgrounds and learning needs.
- Strong classroom management skills, organizational abilities, and familiarity with modern teaching aids and technology.
- Commitment to professional ethics, continuous learning, and participation in school-wide initiatives.
