We are looking for a proactive, communication-oriented, and results-driven Community Specialist to build and manage the company's community while also supporting lead generation and business growth. The role involves engaging with community members, managing online interactions, generating and qualifying leads, coordinating with internal teams, and creating meaningful engagement that contributes to customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities

* Build, manage, and maintain solid relationships with community members and prospective customers.

* Manage day-to-day interactions across social media, online groups, communities, and other relevant platforms.

* Respond to comments, messages, queries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

* Drive meaningful conversations and increase community engagement and participation.

* Plan and execute community engagement activities, campaigns, events, and initiatives.

* Create and coordinate engaging content, discussions, polls, announcements, and other community activities.

* Identify potential customers and generate leads through community interactions, social media, events, referrals,



and other relevant channels.

* Understand prospects requirements and qualify leads based on their needs and interest.

* Follow up with potential leads and maintain proper records of all leads and interactions.

* Maintain and regularly update lead trackers and databases.

* Coordinate with the Sales / Business Development team for the timely handover and follow-up of qualified leads.

* Support lead-generation campaigns and community-driven marketing initiatives.

* Monitor community feedback, customer concerns, and market conversations and share relevant insights with the internal team.

* Identify active community members, potential brand advocates, and opportunities for community growth.

* Handle negative feedback and community concerns professionally and escalate issues where required.

* Track and report community growth, engagement, lead generation, and conversion-related metrics.

* Stay updated on relevant industry trends, customer conversations, and community engagement practices.
