Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution

- Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across Personal Loans, Insurance, and Investment

products.

- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic/DSPs,

affiliate networks, app install and emerging channels.

- Build channel and product-specific media plans for three distinct funnels: New User Acquisition,

Cross-sell, and Repeat/Retention.

Full-Funnel Growth Ownership

- Own CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, LTV:CAC, and other core performance metrics across all products
- Design and run cross-sell campaigns that convert existing Personal Loan customers into Insurance and

Investment users.

- Build repeat-customer and win-back programs that drive repeat borrowing and continued product usage

among the existing base.

- Balance acquisition cost, volume, and quality across always-on and campaign-based media plans

Budget, Vendor & Partner Management

- Manage and forecast large monthly media budgets across multiple products and channels
- Own relationships with ad platforms, agencies, and affiliate/media partners; negotiate rates and evaluate

new partnership opportunities.





- Ensure spend discipline and efficient budget allocation basis real-time performance data

Data, Analytics & Experimentation

- Partner with Data Science and Analytics teams to build attribution models, cohort analysis, and

forecasting frameworks.

- Use MMPs (AppsFlyer/Branch), GA4, and internal dashboards to track and report performance
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve

funnel efficiency.

Team & Stakeholder Management

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Data Science, Creative, and Business teams to align

on goals and priorities.

- Present performance reviews, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership on a regular

cadence.

What We're Looking For

- 8–12 years of experience in performance marketing, with significant exposure to BFSI, fintech, lending,

insurance, or investment products.

- Proven track record managing large-scale paid media budgets across Google, Meta, and programmatic

platforms.

- Hands-on experience with app-based performance marketing and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Branch, Firebase)

for high-scale consumer apps.

- Demonstrated experience running both acquisition (new-user) and lifecycle (cross-sell/retention)

marketing programs — not just one side of the funnel.

- Solid analytical, data-driven mindset; comfortable working with Excel/SQL and performance

dashboards.

- Experience managing and developing a team of marketers
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute preferred

Good to Have

- Prior experience in an NBFC, digital lending, or BFSI-focused fintech
- Exposure to CRM and marketing automation platforms for lifecycle campaigns
- Experience working with programmatic/DSP and affiliate marketing ecosystems in India
