We help companies staff up quickly, and right now we're recruiting for a client of ours in the healthcare technology space. They're looking for a Jr. MEAN Stack Developer, and they're open on structure — full-time, part-time, or contract — as long as it's fully remote. Job Summary

If you're early in your career and want real hands-on experience with the MEAN stack, this one's worth a look. You'll be working alongside senior developers on MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js — not just watching from the sidelines, but actually shipping features and learning the ropes of full-stack development along the way.

Key Responsibilities

- Pitch in on building and maintaining web applications across the MEAN stack — MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
- Work with senior developers to tie front-end and back-end pieces together.
- Write code that's clean and easy to follow, and take part in code reviews without getting defensive about feedback.
- Chase down bugs and help make existing applications run a bit faster and smoother.
- Keep learning — current tools, new patterns, whatever's relevant to full-stack development right now.

Required Skills

- Some grounding in MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js — doesn't need to be expert-level.
- Can write reasonably clean code and takes feedback in code reviews well.
- Comfortable doing basic troubleshooting and debugging.
- Genuinely curious about new tools and best practices in full-stack work.




- Communicates clearly enough to work well alongside senior developers and the rest of the team.

AI Experience

- If you've used Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools to learn faster or write code, that's a plus.
- No AI/ML background needed for this role.

Managerial Experience

- This is an entry-level, individual contributor role — no one's expecting you to manage anyone.
- You should be comfortable taking direction from senior developers and working as part of a team.

Operational Experience

- Any exposure to keeping a live web app running is a nice bonus, though not required.
- Open to regular code reviews and willing to act on the feedback you get.
- Can keep pace in a fairly fast-moving environment alongside senior engineers and product folks.

Experience

1 to 4 Years of relevant Mean Stack experience.

Qualifications

- Any graduate or postgraduate degree is fine.

Certifications

- A MEAN stack, MongoDB, or JavaScript certification is nice to have but won't make or break your application.
