Roles & Responsibility

- Manage day-to-day liquidity and cash flow forecasting to support funding requirements in India, oversee investment decisions for group (portfolio size Rs.1000cr for India 3000 cr for group).
- Manage fund-raising activities, including working capital financing, commercial papers etc for the group (Rs 4000cr).
- Manage banking facilities and limits,



ensure adherence with investment and borrowing policies, and supervise treasury back-office activities
- Evaluate and execute vendor financing and supply chain finance solutions
- Administer group wide foreign exchange risk management (15 countries and 45 subsidiaries) and drive implementation of forex management guidelines across entities
- Prepare and review treasury MIS, management dashboards, and reporting through Anaplan, eMerge etc.
- Find avenues to optimize post-tax interest income and financing costs across the group
- Ensure adherence to the Group Treasury Codebook
- Manage relationships with banks (10-15), mutual funds (10), rating agencies etc.
- Identify, lead, and implement automation and process improvement initiatives
