Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Lucknow. The intern will support day-to-day sales activities, including engaging with prospective clients, presenting real estate solutions, and assisting with follow-ups to build and maintain relationships. Responsibilities include supporting marketing campaigns, participating in client meetings, gathering market insights, and helping prepare sales materials and reports.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, learning sales processes and tools, and contributing to customer service activities to ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, deal closure, and basic pipeline tracking.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly and apply guidance from mentors and supervisors.
- Basic understanding of real estate or financial services, or a strong interest in building a career in these sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with digital communication platforms is beneficial.
