Role Description
The Senior Beauty Advisor is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for delivering an elevated customer experience that reflects Kimirica's luxury, wellness-focused ethos. This role includes welcoming and engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable skincare, bath and body, and wellness products with a consultative approach. The Senior Beauty Advisor demonstrates in-depth product knowledge, explains ingredients and benefits, and provides personalized beauty and self-care advice. Daily responsibilities involve managing retail displays,



maintaining store hygiene and visual merchandising standards, supporting sales targets, and handling billing and basic inventory checks. The role also includes mentoring junior beauty advisors, collecting customer feedback, and collaborating with the team to support in-store events and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to provide informed, personalized product recommendations.
- Comprehensive product knowledge across luxury beauty, bath and body, skincare, and wellness categories.
- Customer service and retail sales skills, including consultative selling, handling queries, and managing point-of-sale transactions.
- Experience in premium or luxury retail environments, preferably in beauty, skincare, or wellness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, professional, and inclusive customer-facing demeanor.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
- Comfort with working on-site in a retail setting, including weekends and peak shopping hours as needed.
- Relevant certification or training in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or skincare is an advantage.
