About the Role

The Client is looking for a hands-on Sales & Marketing Associate to support its growing

commercial operations. The role will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams and

provide execution support across prospect engagement, product demonstrations, sales

collateral, partner initiatives and industry events.

The ideal candidate has approximately 5 years of experience in B2B healthtech, digital

healthcare, healthcare startups or other fast-growing organizations, and is comfortable

working across multiple sales and marketing activities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Prospect Support

● Conduct solution demos for prospective customers and partners

● Support prospect engagement following initial sales conversations, including follow-

ups, meeting coordination and sharing relevant information/materials

● Track prospects and opportunities and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure

follow-up actions are completed on time

● Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity information in the CRM

Collateral Coordination

● Work with the Marketing team to coordinate development and updating of pitch

decks, brochures, one-pagers, case studies, program information and other sales

collateral

● Ensure the sales team has access to current and relevant materials for prospect

conversations

● Coordinate inputs from Sales, Operations and other internal stakeholders for

customer-facing materials

Partner Coordination

● Provide day-to-day coordination support for channel and strategic

partners

● Follow up on agreed actions arising from partner discussions





● Coordinate sharing of presentations, collateral, program information and other

materials with partners

● Support partner-led prospecting and co-selling initiatives

● Maintain visibility into partner opportunities, meetings, follow-ups and next steps

Event & Conference Support

● Provide offshore operational support for US conferences, trade shows, webinars and

other industry events

● Support pre-event activities including attendee/prospect research, meeting scheduling,

outreach lists, collateral preparation and logistics coordination

● Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, event organizers and external vendors as required

● Provide remote support to the on-ground team during events

● Coordinate post-event lead capture, CRM updates and prospect follow-ups to help

convert event interactions into sales opportunities

Candidate Profile

● 4–6 years of qualified experience, ideally with approximately 5 years in relevant

roles.

● Prior experience in B2B HealthTech, digital health, healthcare technology, healthcare

services or a healthcare startup strongly preferred.

● Experience working in a startup, scale-up or rapid-growing company environment.

● Exposure to B2B sales, sales enablement, business development or marketing

coordination.

● Comfortable conducting product/solution demonstrations and prospect presentations.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong follow-through and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and activities

simultaneously.

● Good PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

● Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement/outreach tools.

● Comfortable working with US-based prospects, customers, partners and teams,

including work in US shift

● Self-driven, organized and comfortable operating in an environment where

responsibilities may evolve as the company grows

● MBA preferred
