Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator with a strong background in Data Center projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in BIM coordination, clash detection, multidisciplinary coordination, and delivering high-quality BIM models in accordance with project standrads.

Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate MEP BIM models with Architectural and Structural disciplines.





 Manage BIM coordination activities for Data Center projects.

 Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.

 Review and validate MEP models to ensure compliance with project requirements.

 Conduct coordination meetings with internal teams and clients.

 Ensure BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project deliverables are maintained.

 Prepare and maintain coordinated BIM models and project documentation.

 Support model reviews, shop drawing coordination, and construction documentation.

 Mentor BIM Modelers and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills

 Minimum 4+ years of experience as an MEP BIM Coordinator.

 Mandatory experience in Data Center projects.

 Robust proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage.

 Good understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.

 Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and BIM workflows.

 Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

 Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) will be an added advantage.

 Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project deadlines.
