We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Kochi.

The role involves identifying businesses, approaching potential clients, explaining our digital solutions, generating leads, and converting them into customers.

You will be responsible for selling website development, mobile applications, digital solutions and Wow Offers business listings/promotional packages.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential business clients.
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
- Meet business owners and understand their requirements.
- Sell website development and business websites.
- Sell mobile app development solutions.
- Promote and sell Wow Offers business listings and promotional packages.
- Explain the benefits of listing businesses on the Wow Offers platform.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and current clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing team to deliver client requirements.
- Explore new business opportunities and local markets.

What We Are Looking For




- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence to approach and speak with business owners.
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Good Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales ability are welcome.
- Previous sales/business development experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives
