Role Description The Design Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design proposals, and translating ideas into detailed drawings and presentations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams and consultants, preparing construction drawings, reviewing design documentation, and ensuring alignment with project requirements and regulations. The role involves participating in design reviews, refining architectural details, and supporting design management throughout the project lifecycle.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular collaboration with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders at the office and project locations.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concept designs and detailed layouts.
- Experience in Design Management and project coordination, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of design outputs.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and related technical documentation.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite) is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in India.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
