Role Description The Student Counsellor is a full time, on-site role based in Rajouri Garden. The role involves providing individualized student and career counseling, helping learners understand education pathways, and guiding them through academic and career decisions. The Student Counsellor will conduct counseling sessions, respond to student queries, and offer ongoing support throughout application and enrollment processes.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of counseling interactions, collaborating with internal teams to improve student experience, and ensuring timely and professional communication with students and families.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide learners on academic and professional pathways.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including active listening and clear, empathetic verbal and written interaction.
- Customer Service orientation with a focus on responsiveness, relationship building, and problem resolution.
- Background or understanding in Education, such as academic advising, admissions, or learning support.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field (advanced certification in counseling is an advantage).
- Ability to work on-site in Rajouri Garden, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Experience with student-facing roles in edtech, higher education, or career services is preferred.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software to manage student information and communication.
