About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Delivery Manager – Recruitment to take ownership of recruitment delivery for existing client vacancies across the U.S. market.

This is a hands-on recruitment delivery leadership role. Initially, the successful candidate will personally source, screen, qualify, and deliver candidates for priority and hard-to-fill positions across multiple industry verticals.

As the recruitment function grows, this role will expand into team leadership, coaching, performance management, and recruitment operations, making this an excellent prospect for an experienced Senior Recruiter or Recruitment Manager who wants to combine hands-on delivery with leadership.

The ideal candidate is highly accountable, commercially aware, organized, and able to consistently deliver qualified candidates within client timelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Delivery

- Own recruitment delivery for assigned client vacancies across the U.S. market.
- Personally source, screen, qualify, and submit candidates for priority and hard-to-fill positions.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across different industries and job functions.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies based on job requirements, market conditions, and candidate availability.
- Source candidates using job boards, databases, qualified networks, social media, Boolean search, talent mapping, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct targeted searches for technical, professional, and specialized positions.
- Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for current and anticipated vacancies.
- Manage candidates from initial sourcing and screening through qualification and client submission.
- Ensure candidates meet required technical, professional, and experience criteria before submission.
- Maintain high standards for candidate quality, turnaround time, candidate engagement, and delivery.

Recruitment & Client Delivery
- Support recruitment delivery for U.S.-based client requirements.
- Understand client job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Work closely with commercial and client-facing teams to understand vacancies, priorities, and delivery expectations.
- Research talent markets and identify appropriate candidate pools.
- Maintain strong communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure recruitment activity remains aligned with client requirements and agreed timelines.

Recruitment Operations & Performance
- Establish and implement scalable recruitment delivery processes.
- Track recruitment KPIs, delivery metrics, pipeline activity, and candidate outcomes.
- Prepare regular recruitment delivery and performance reports.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and delivery.
- Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy information.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, workflows, and delivery standards.

Team Leadership & Development
- Establish a strong standard for recruitment quality, pace, communication, and accountability.
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor recruiters as the function grows.
- Provide guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate qualification, Boolean search, screening, and delivery.
- Monitor individual and team performance against recruitment KPIs.
- Support the development of scalable recruitment practices and operating standards.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment delivery, agency recruitment, staffing, talent solutions, or offshore recruitment




- Strong hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment execution
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Proven experience recruiting for technical, qualified, and specialized positions
- Strong experience using multiple candidate sourcing channels, recruitment tools, databases, job boards, and professional networks
- Strong hands-on experience with Boolean search and targeted candidate sourcing
- Proven ability to consistently deliver qualified candidates within established timelines
- Strong candidate screening, qualification, and assessment skills
- Experience managing candidates through the recruitment process from sourcing through submission
- Robust experience building and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or U.S. recruitment requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of recruitment delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
