Role Description The Project/Sr. Project Manager – Interior Fitout is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role oversees end-to-end interior fitout projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with design, procurement, and production teams. The manager monitors site activities, ensures quality standards and safety compliance, and conducts regular inspections to track progress against project timelines and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing vendors and contractors, expediting materials and approvals, resolving on-site issues,



and maintaining explicit communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The role also involves preparing status reports, documenting project milestones, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in expediting and working as an expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials, approvals, and documentation.
- Hands-on exposure to inspection processes and quality control for interior fitout works.
- Knowledge of logistics management related to furniture and interior materials handling, storage, and dispatch.
- Prior experience managing interior fitout or furniture projects, preferably in residential and corporate environments.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; advanced project management certification is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site, lead cross-functional teams, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
