We are looking for a motivated and adaptable junior Associate to join our general practice team. The role spans conveyancing, wills and probate, corporate secretarial, general corporate, and civil litigation work — well suited to someone who values variety and wants to build a broad foundation as a practitioner.
Responsibilities
- Handle conveyancing matters
- Draft wills and manage probate and estate administration matters
- Assist with corporate secretarial work
- Handle small litigation matters and support senior lawyers on more complex cases
- Conduct legal research and prepare advice for clients
- Liaise with clients, CPF Board, IRAS, SLA, and other relevant agencies
Requirements
- Admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, with 0–2 years PQE; experienced paralegals with at least 3 years of relevant hands-on legal experience are also welcome to apply
- Genuine interest in general practice across multiple areas of law
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to manage files independently with appropriate supervision
- Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Solid interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset
- IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with STARS e-lodgement, eLitigation, and ACRA portals is a plus
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple files concurrently
