About the Role

We're not hiring a designer. We're not hiring a developer. We're hiring someone who builds finished, beautiful, animated websites and apps using AI as the primary tool — Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, v0, or similar — instead of hand-coding or hand-designing everything from scratch.

You'll sit in India, report to the CIO, and coordinate daily with our Dubai-based Commercial Team. When they close a client for a corporate website, landing page, or mobile app, they hand the requirement to you. Your job: turn that into a live, polished, animated, mobile-responsive product in 1–2 days — and deploy it — without doing the work manually.

If you've ever looked at a Figma mockup and thought I could just describe this to Claude Code and have it built by tonight — this role was written for you.

What You'll Actually Do

- Take client requirements directly from the Dubai Commercial Team (corporate sites, landing pages, e-commerce fronts, mobile app UI)
- Design the experience yourself — layout, visual style, animation, responsiveness — with a strong eye for modern web design
- Build it using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) — you direct the AI, you don't write code line by line
- Deliver fast: most projects should go from brief to live in 1–2 days
- Deploy and install the finished product on the server yourself
- Juggle multiple client projects in parallel without slowing down
- Occasionally support digital marketing campaign work if needed (not a core requirement)

What We're Looking For





- Strong visual/web design sense — you understand layout, typography, spacing, color, and especially modern web animation and micro-interactions. This matters more than years of experience.
- Daily, hands-on fluency with AI build tools — Claude Code and at least one of Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Codex. You should already be using these to ship things, not just experimenting.
- Understanding of how websites and mobile apps are structured (you don't need to write production code, but you need to know enough to direct AI tools correctly and troubleshoot when they get something wrong)
- Comfortable owning a project end-to-end: requirement → design → AI-built product → server deployment → delivery
- Speed and follow-through over perfectionism — we need shipped and good over perfect and late
- Self-directed; comfortable with the Commercial Team handing you a brief and you running with it

Good to Have (Not Required)

- Awareness of basic digital marketing / campaign concepts
- Prior freelance or agency experience delivering multiple client projects
- Experience with Next.js, WordPress, or similar platforms (helpful context, not something you'll be hand-coding)

Experience Level

Junior to mid-level. We care far more about design taste and AI-tool fluency than years on a resume. If you're early-career but you've genuinely built things with Claude Code / Cursor, apply.
