We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Creator Onboarding Intern to join our Influencer Marketing team. You will work closely with the Creator Onboarding team to identify, reach out to, and successfully onboard relevant creators for our network and brand campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, social media, networking, and working with creators/influencers.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Reach out to creators through calls, emails, DMs, and other channels.
- Manage creator follow-ups and maintain regular communication.
- Onboard relevant creators and bring them into our creator network.
- Support the end-to-end creator onboarding process.
- Maintain and update creator databases and trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Track creator responses, onboarding status, and engagement.
- Support the team in building and maintaining strong creator relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive understanding of social media and the creator/influencer ecosystem.
- Proactive and comfortable with outreach and follow-ups.
- Good organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel and basic productivity tools.
