Role Description The Business Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. Day-to-day activities include gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, analyzing existing processes, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization. The Business Analyst will create use cases, workflows, and reports,



and collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and constraints. The role involves facilitating meetings and workshops, supporting testing and validation of solutions, and preparing concise documentation and presentations for decision-makers. The Business Analyst will also monitor implemented changes, track key performance indicators, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across client engagements.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Process skills to map workflows, evaluate current operations, and recommend effective improvements.
- Candidates should possess Business Requirements skills to elicit, document, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and produce clear documentation and presentations.
- Relevant experience in IT, consulting, or related domains, preferably working with cross-functional teams and complex systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with common BA tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN, user stories, Agile or Waterfall frameworks) is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
