We are currently looking for a PR Account Executive to support our MEA office to grow and strengthen our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain the weekly media coverage/data sheet report for the client.
- Prepare the monthly Share of Voice (SOV) report, including analysis of media coverage and competitor presence.
- Track and compile media coverage across print, online, broadcast, and relevant digital platforms.
- Manage press release dissemination to relevant media contacts and publications.
- Draft and circulate media alerts for upcoming announcements, events, and client activities.
- Maintain and update media databases and contact lists as required.




- Monitor daily media coverage and ensure all relevant client mentions are captured accurately and on time.
- Support the wider PR team with media outreach, reporting, and coordination activities.
- Ensure all reports and deliverables are accurate, timely, and presented in the required format.
- The primary responsibility of the role will be to ensure timely and accurate media monitoring, weekly and monthly reporting, Share of Voice analysis, and execution of routine PR dissemination activities.

Who we're looking for:

- Individuals with a Degree or Diploma in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing.
- 1-2 years of experience in a PR agency
- Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Eagerness to learn and work across diverse industries.
