Role Description The Estimator role at Luxurito Living is a full-time, hybrid position based in Surat, with the flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing architectural drawings and client requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates for modular kitchens, windows, and related interior solutions, and coordinating with design, sales, and procurement teams to finalize proposals. The Estimator will analyze material and labor costs,



prepare quotations and BOQs, maintain pricing databases, and support budgeting for projects. The role also involves liaising with vendors and manufacturers, ensuring estimates reflect current market rates and product specifications, and providing clear, timely cost information to stakeholders to support decision-making.

Qualifications

- Experience in estimating or quantity surveying for interiors, modular kitchens, joinery, or windows and doors.
- Strong skills in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and estimation or ERP software; comfort working with numerical data and cost breakdowns.
- Knowledge of materials, hardware, and fabrication processes used in modular kitchens, aluminum systems, and premium interior finishes.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in calculations, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced project setting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with design, sales, operations, and external partners.
- Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in engineering, interior design, construction, or a related field.
- Prior experience in luxury interiors or high-end residential projects in India is an advantage.
