Role Description The Assistant Relationship Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Srinagar. The role involves supporting relationship managers in handling client inquiries, explaining loan, credit card, and insurance products, and guiding clients through documentation and application processes. The individual in this role will maintain regular communication with clients, follow up on leads, and assist in resolving service issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include coordinating with partner banks and financial institutions, updating client records, and contributing to sales targets through effective relationship-building.



The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery of financial solutions.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management skills, including the ability to build trust, maintain client relationships, and support long-term engagement.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge to understand loan, credit card, and insurance products and explain them clearly to clients.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and provide a professional and supportive experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify client needs, present suitable financial products, and contribute to achieving sales and conversion targets.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor's degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field are beneficial.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or data entry tools are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Srinagar, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, DSAs, or financial services is an advantage but not mandatory.
