Summary:

As a Large Language Model Architect, your day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. You will focus on creating neural network architectures that efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. Your role includes conceptualizing model parameters and ensuring the models are scalable and effective for diverse applications. Collaboration with various teams to align model capabilities with project goals is a key part of your daily activities, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in language processing technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of language model architectures to meet evolving project requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their understanding and capabilities in language model design.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with designing and tuning neural network parameters for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to optimize model performance and scalability across different computational environments.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art architectures and advancements in language model research.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into broader systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
