Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site only Physics Teacher role based in Mumbai.

• The teacher will plan and deliver engaging IGCSE-level physics lessons, ensuring that key concepts are taught clearly and linked to real-world applications.

• Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting classroom instruction, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs.

• The teacher will collaborate with colleagues to align teaching strategies with the academy's standards,



maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and participate in periodic academic meetings and review sessions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong subject knowledge in Physics and Physics Education, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
- Candidates should possess effective Teaching and Lesson Planning skills to design structured, engaging, and curriculum-aligned lessons.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Mathematics to support physics problem-solving and quantitative reasoning.
- Relevant teaching experience with IGCSE or similar international curricula is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Physics, Science Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Robust classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching.
- Ability to use educational technology and digital resources to enhance instruction and assessment.

This is on-site role in Mumbai (Borivali and Kandivali). Only the candidates from Mumbai who can travel to these locations should apply for the position.
