Master's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing or Market Research Experience
•
10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 in an insights role (agency or client-side) with proven experience on insight projects and 3 years in Social Listening practice
•
Robust experience managing Social Listening projects, including strong knowledge of social networks, identification of relevant data sources, Boolean query construction, and data analysis
•
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and derive meaning from multiple data sets, reports, and data sources
•
Marketing and business acumen: ability to translate insights into clear business recommendations and actionable implications
•
Ability to synthesize findings and present insights in a clear, user-friendly way,
with strong storytelling skills
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with smart and effective use of GenAI tools (e.g. Copilot)
•
Project management: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and ensure effective timeline management
•
Interest in the service / foodservice industry
•
Fluent or native-level English. French would be a plus Behavioral Competencies
