About The Role

The US IT cum Engineering Recruiter at CTC is a results-oriented professional responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and Non-IT roles within our client organizations. This role requires a deep understanding of the US staffing landscape, including W2 hiring, direct client engagement, and talent sourcing strategies. The recruiter will collaborate closely with US-based hiring managers and business leaders to understand their staffing needs, develop effective sourcing plans, and deliver qualified candidates efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strong ability to navigate the complexities of W2 employment regulations and benefits.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 3 to 10 years of US staffing experience,



with a proven track record in supporting direct client engagements.
- Extensive experience in full-cycle IT and Non-IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Strong knowledge of W2 hiring processes, compliance requirements, and employment benefits.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers and client stakeholders to gather detailed job requirements and understand staffing priorities.
- Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability for both IT and Non-IT roles.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of W2 candidates, ensuring alignment with client needs and compliance standards.




- Provide market insights and talent availability updates to clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and facilitate offer discussions to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
- Partner with internal teams to develop innovative sourcing strategies and improve recruitment processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, employment laws, and best practices related to US staffing and W2 employment.
