Looking for an Operations and Supply Chain Manager for aclinically-led skinified makeup brand, backed by a leading consumer VC. They build products where the skin benefit leads and colour follows, sold through their own D2C channel, marketplaces and offline retail. The role sits close to the founder and carries real ownership from day one.

Primary Responsibilities

- Run demand planning in line with the projected business plan
- Manage procurement end-to-end, including manufacturer and packaging timelines
- Optimise logistics costs across D2C, marketplace and offline channels
- Partner with third-party logistics and warehousing providers
- Reduce RTOs and drive delivery efficiency
- Manage relationships across the company's third-party vendors

Eligibility Criterion

- Minimum 3 years in operations or supply chain, preferably in beauty and personal care or FMCG
- Solid with numbers and comfortable working off inventory, SKU-level and cost data
- Has worked with contract manufacturers, 3PL partners and marketplace fulfilment
- Hands-on, comfortable in a small team where the role is both planning and execution
