As a Large Language Model Architect, your day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. You will focus on creating architectures that efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data, ensuring the models are optimized for performance and scalability. Collaboration with various teams to align model capabilities with project goals and continuous refinement of model parameters to enhance output quality are key aspects of your role. Your work supports the development of innovative solutions that leverage natural language understanding across diverse applications.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable plans.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing neural network architectures tailored for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies involving large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to optimize model parameters for improved accuracy and computational efficiency.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art techniques in natural language generation and understanding.
- Skilled in evaluating model performance and implementing iterative improvements.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our DDC 1A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
