Key Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and development

Robust experience in Sustainability, ESG, Carbon Accounting, or Net Zero programs

Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Visualforce

Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft

Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Models, Security Architecture, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, and Governor Limits

Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Custom Salesforce Platform Development

Knowledge of Data Migration, Data Governance, Reporting, and Dashboards

Experience with DevOps tools, Source Control, Automated Testing, and CI/CD Pipelines

Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Architect-level certifications are preferred
